Bitcoin Passport Index

The world's first passport ranking built for Bitcoiners. 87 countries ranked across six weighted categories, 45% of the weight on Bitcoin-specific factors. The methodology is published in full: proof, not trust. El Salvador leads the inaugural 2026 edition at 84.45 as the only Bitcoin-native CBI country on Earth.

Retire · gosrrv.com

GoSRRV

Philippine SRRV retirement visas for US veterans.

The Philippine Retirement Authority runs two main SRRV routes for Americans. Veterans drawing a qualifying lifetime pension, including VA disability compensation, may fit SRRV Courtesy with a visa deposit from $1,500; everyone else, pensioner or not, usually fits Classic from $15,000. GoSRRV is veteran-run and lawyer-managed, with a team on the ground in the Philippines working alongside a PRA-accredited marketer.

The process starts with a structured $99 strategy session that confirms your likely route, deposit level, and document gaps before any money moves. Government fees go to the government; service fees are published separately. Plan on 30 to 45 working days from complete documents. GoSRRV accepts all major cards; Bitcoin and USDT are also accepted.

Launching Q4 2026

Exitly

US renunciation managed end to end.

Renunciation is permanent, and the process that leads to it is pure logistics: five-year tax compliance, covered expatriate analysis, consulate scheduling, and the Certificate of Loss of Nationality at the end. Exitly is not a law firm and not a CPA. It is the project manager: one dedicated coordinator from day one, with international tax CPAs, immigration counsel, and consular liaisons behind that single point of contact.

Plan for 12 to 18 months from signed engagement to CLN delivery. Pricing is fixed scope and fixed fee, published before any work begins. Exitly opens to clients in the fourth quarter of 2026; the landing page takes launch notifications today.

Infrastructure · bitsettle.io

BitSettle

Open-source BTCPay rails for Bitcoin, Lightning, and USDT.

The settlement rail the ecosystem runs on, released as open infrastructure. A receive-only BTCPay Server plugin that accepts USDT across seven chains, five EVM networks plus TRON and Solana, paired with BTCPay's native Bitcoin and Lightning. No signing keys are ever stored. Self-hosted by design; managed hosting is forming now.

The four arms serve clients across the lifecycle. BitSettle is the layer beneath them: the rail OffshoreGuy already settles on, released so any BTCPay Server operator can run the same receive-only USDT and Bitcoin stack. Honest infrastructure copy by default, and no pretense that USDT is Bitcoin.

The connections

The pieces connect.

OffshoreGuy 21 CBI

The entity is the operational base; the passport is the mobility layer. Clients who form first expand next.

21 CBI Exitly

Renouncing without another citizenship means statelessness, so Exitly requires a second passport in hand. The passport is the prerequisite; Exitly manages the exit.

Exitly 21 CBI

Want to renounce but hold only one passport? The sequence runs backward: citizenship first, then the exit.

Not sure where to start? Start with the sequence.
